Hanabok PH is an online rental shop catering to the needs of Korean baby parties. Our mission is to bring the essence of Korean traditional celebrations through the rental of authentic hanboks and imported Korean party decorations.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
    We ship all items from Kapitolyo, Pasig and deliver nationwide.

WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
    We accept online payments via GCash and BPI only.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
    We deliver via Lalamove and LBC, depending on your location.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All services are strictly by reservation only.
• A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking. Event dates will not be held without a deposit.

• All table sets are for pick-up and drop-off only. We do not provide set-up assistance.
• Rental duration is up to a maximum of 2 days only. An additional ₱500 fee will be charged for each extra day.

• The remaining balance must be settled before the release of items.
• A refundable security deposit is required prior to release. This is separate from the rental fee.

• The security deposit will be returned once all items are returned complete and in good condition.
• Any damages or loss will be deducted from the security deposit. If items are severely damaged and no longer rentable, the full amount will be charged.

• All shipping or delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.

UNRETURNED POLICY

In case items are not returned due to any reason, client MUST BE PENALIZED depending on items lost. Security Deposit only covers any damages/late returns on the item. See penalties for unreturned items below for reference. Clients may opt to replace lost items if they do not want to pay the penalties.

Our services are RENTAL ONLY, we are NOT SELLING our products. Thus, the return of items is a must in courtesy to the next scheduled renters and in conformity to the agreed terms and conditions beforehand.

If penalty is not paid, we will have to post your profile on our FB page to raise awareness and avoid the violation of our policies.

Table Props Set – ₱20,000
Doljabi Set – ₱6,000
