WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND HOW?
All items are shipped from Kapitolyo, Pasig via Lalamove or LBC for nationwide delivery.
HOW DO I RESERVE?
We only require a 30% non-refundable down payment to secure your booking. Check T&C below for more info.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?
No, we accept online payments only via GCash and BPI.
WILL I GET BACK MY SECURITY DEPOSIT AFTER I RETURN THE ITEMS?
Yes, as long as the items are returned on time, complete, and undamaged.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your booking on your event date.
• A 50% refundable security deposit (separate from the rental fee) is required before shipping. This will be refunded once all items are returned on time, complete and in good condition.
• The remaining balance must be settled before the items are shipped.
• All shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.
• For table rentals: We do not provide set-up assistance. Items will be delivered via car due to the bulky packaging.
• Rental duration is up to a maximum of 2 days (48 hours from pick-up) only. Late returns will incur a ₱500 fee per extra day.
• Any damages or losses will be deducted from the security deposit.
• We offer special discounts for our repeat customers:
Second booking: 10% discount
Third booking: 15% discount
